We have all seen them. …the grainy photographs of Walter Gretzky coaching his boys on his now legendary backyard hockey rink.  These photos tell the story of the countless hours that the Gretzky family spent on the ice, practicing and celebrating Canada's favorite past time.  As the years have passed by, these photos have been immortalized in Canadian sports history as they have truly represented the allure and magic of the Canadian outdoor hockey experience for over 40 years.

To enter the ‘Take Your Best Shot’ challenge, simply email your photo to tournament director Neil Lumsden at neil@canadapondhockey.ca, using the subject line, ‘Take Your Best Shot’.

The winning photo, selected by Mr. Gretzky of course, will be signed by Walter Gretzky and returned to you and will be used as the Official image of the 2011 Canadian National Pond Hockey Championship.  The official image will be used on tournament programs, posters, media kits and official website.
